Perfect for any busy commercial bakery or kitchen, this baking tray is made from vitreous enamel coated steel that has a 1.2mm thickness and excellent heat conductivity, withstanding temperatures ranging from -20°C to 300°C. It's highly resistant to thermal shock and the raised edges help to keep the contents on the tray, whilst the non-stick surface provides easy removal of contents.
