This instant-read, battery powered thermometer is designed to make temperature readings of liquids and semi solids for food safety and HACCP compliance quick and easy. The folding probe thermometer is simple and lightweight to use with a temperature range of -49.9°C to 299.9°C, showing temperatures within 3 seconds that can be switched between celsius and fahrenheit. It is also provided with a free traceable calibration certificate so you can be confident in the accuracy of your readings.
