This highly efficient, low foaming detergent is effective in hard and soft water conditions, removing difficult grease, burnt-on food, debris and carbon deposits from caustic sensitive surfaces such as aluminium and zinc. Ideal in kitchens and bakeries for cleaning aluminium trays, utensils, plastic, glazed pots and other metal utensils and suitable for use through automatic machines.

DIRECTIONS:-
Remove food scraps from dishes before racking. Normally a concentration of 0.16% - 0.5% (1600ppm – 5000ppm) is used, dependent on level of soiling and water hardness. The temperature of the wash cycle should be at least 60°C. NB DO NOT USE on Lead crystal or hand painted china. PROTECT FROM FROST
